Her journey into holistic practices began in 2005 when she started teaching breathing techniques.

Inspired earlier in life by the universal mysticism of Rumi, she naturally progressed into holistic well-being. Over the years, she expanded her expertise, conducted energy healing sessions, became a certified yoga instructor, and conducted body-awareness based yoga practice sessions across Istanbul.

Since 2019, her journey has found its true resonance as she has deeply engaged with the teachings of contemporary spiritual teachers, mystics, and channelers from the Western world — teachers who bridge the gap between science and spirituality — and she continues to this day to research, study, and evolve within this field.

 

This entire process also brought a growing interest in the world’s diverse cultures, leading her to travel across Europe and several Eastern countries. She also spent time living in the United States and visited Canada, all of which have broadened her global perspective and deepened her understanding of diverse cultural and spiritual traditions.

 

Today, her work in QHHT® is a rich tapestry that, although formal training in the method is a recent addition, is built upon decades of life experience, professional expertise, and years of exploration into higher consciousness.

 

As an energy intuitive, she offers a unique approach to each session, guiding clients to access their inner wisdom, release limiting patterns, and step into their highest potential.​​​​​
